Testimonials 02/10/2010
Just thought I'd send you an update.... Piper (Tinsel) woke up this morning and her ears were standing straight up...up until now they were flopped over...She is such an incredible little puppy. she can sit, shake, and she has a voracious appetite. She loves playing with Buddy ( our maltese), but doesn't care much for the snow....We just love her!!
01/04/2010 Bella is a nut. She loves to play and loves everyone. She thinks she is very big. Outside potty training seems to be working the best but we have a lot of snow which is finds a nuisance. It is hard to put on your socks in the morning as she thinks they are for her to grab. When she gets tires she plops wherever I am and goes to sleep. When she can't find me she runs to my side of the bed and barks to be picked up as she is sure that is where I am at all hours of the day. When she wants to be on your lap she barks at you to pick her up. We enjoy her very much. It was hard to go to work and leave her home today. I miss her. She is very healthy and happy. When you talk to her she cocks her little head as if she is trying to understand.
01/05/2010 Jillian,
Hello, I am sending you this email to let you know I faxed you the information from the vet. Sorry it took so long. Paris is in good health, and I think she is progressing well in our home. The potty training is coming along slowly but surely. Our kids lover her to death. I think they give her more attention than she can handle sometimes. All in all everything is good and she has been a great addition to our home. Thank you for everything. I will try to get you some pictures in the near future.
Thanks,
Doug, Heidi, Dalton, Colton, Kanyen and PARIS!!!
12/04/2009 09/13/2009 Continuation Update
Hey Jillian!! =) Just another update. Bentley is doing very well, he has had
all his shots and dewormings. He is 6.2lbs and the vet said his overall
condition is excellent!! He has an ear infection so I've been giving him the
antibiotics for that and it's not bothering him at all. He is PAST energetic,
lol and very funny. I wasn't expecting his personality to be outgoing as it is
and he cracks me up! He is like my shadow! I can't do anything without him
there; if I walk in circles he follows me. Lol he isn't a big barker unless he
thinks somebody is hurting me and he doesn't cry much. He's house broken now
other than the "marking his territory" piece! Lol I could go on and on about
how much I love him but I don't wanna bore you!! =) just thought I'd let you
know how he has been!! Have a wonderful day!!! Thanks again! Brittney

I just wanted to send you a quick but very huge THANK YOU!
We absolutely love Angel, we did rename her to Maya because we have a friend with a Yorkie named Angel. Her temperament is perfect and she is doing surprising well with the potty training. She makes us smile everyday. We visited the vet today and I am mailing you the report. All was healthy and they complimented her breeding. I have attached a photo and we will keep you updated. I don't know if you remember me but I hope you remember Riley (picture
attached). Just wanted to drop a line to let you know that Riley is doing
great and he will be 2 years old next month. He is beautiful, lovable
and spoiled just like you said. He has stolen my husband's heart
completely! We love him so much! Riley has a wonderful temperment. He hardley
ever barks (only as an alarm) and he is sweet to everyone.
BTW - I don't suppose you still deal with the sire and dame for Riley. His
temperment is so ideal, just wondering if his parents are still having little
ones. I know I am not writing this in proper breeding terms so forgive the
lack of knowledge.
Thanks for a happy ending.

02/27/2009 Hi Jillian, Just wanted to send a copy of what I got from the vet on Kaydence. (We call her Kady) I took her in yesterday. She is absolutely perfect except a slight hint of kennel cough so they put her on antibiotics. She is just adorable. She plays with the kids and comes to work with me during the day. What a spoiled little thing. And for at least the first 2 nights we’ve had her, she’s made it through the night without a potty accident, though we are constantly working on day time pottying. Thank you so much for her. I will keep you updated on how she is doing. Allise 02/17/2009

Hi Jillian,
As promised, I would like to update you on
Versace, now known as Precious Gem Arabella, and we call her "Bella". We
changed her name because she was the answer to my prayers and in Italian
Arabella means "answered prayer".
Bella has been with us for 2 months now and
I can't tell you how joy she has given us. She makes us smile and laugh
EVERYDAY! She is still so very tiny (not even 2 lbs. yet), but very healthy
and happy. She loves the warm weather down here in Florida. Her dry skin is
all cleared up. Vet was happy about that too! She has had all her shots.
She goes everywhere with me that I can take her. We are still working on
potty training.
This precious dog is so intelligent and her
hearing is exceptional. You breed perfect little furbabies and we could not
be any happier with our choice to purchase our little munchkin from you.
Thank you for being the breeder that you are.
Attached are some recent photos of Bella.
Hope you like them.
Fondly,
JUDY, MICKEY and BELLA

Jillian ~ I just wanted to
let you know how Gucci is doing........
Gucci
and I have had the best time, he has adjusted so well to his new home.
Attached is a picture of him, he had a hair cut, and was going on his first
road trip! He didn't leave my lap the entire time. You were absolutely right
he is the biggest snugler ever. He has started losing some baby teeth, and
has only gotten about a 1lb or so bigger, that doesn't stop him though, he
runs around like he is the biggest dog in the world.
Thank you
so much for ALL of your help with his adoption, he is perfect and just what I
wanted and needed. :)
Gucci and I
will keep in touch
Thank you
again, Paige & Gucci

Just wanted to let you know that Gus Gus is doing great. Potty training has been fun but nothing major to report. I just took him in for his post adoption check up, so you should be getting a fax of his exam shortly. Still waiting for his supplements to arrive. So if there is anything else I need to take care of as far as his health guarantee goes please let me know. Thanks for everything, Alycia Hi Jillian ...

Dear Jillian, 07/23/2008 As promised, I am writing this testimonial regarding our wonderful experience with the adoption of Stella. She is just absolutely adorable and we love her more and more each day. Your knowledge and expertise is phenomenal. Stella arrived in perfect health and is marvelous. We knew the minute we saw her she was very well taken care of and loved for the time she spent with you in your care. We were extremely impressed with your website and all the information you provided from the breed standard, care & feeding, to the Flying Paws Delivery. Your hard work and research made us feel more comfortable about Stella's long journey to NJ. Honestly, it was nerve wracking waiting until she arrived, but all our worries disappeared as soon as they came through the door with her to hand her over to us. We were ecstatic. She was frightened at first, but the minute Melissa took her out of the crate and held and kissed her, they bonded immediately. We brought water & a bowl for her and a piddle pad with us. She drank a little bit, and then jumped right back in Melissa's arms and stayed there all the way home from the airport. She was pretty hungry and gobbled up her yogurt and food. Then she completely took a hold of our hearts. She ran around, played with her toys and was just comical with everything she would do. We were hysterical. We stayed up until 3:30am with her laughing so hard at times tears were coming out of our eyes. She was so happy! The next day she took turns sleeping in our arms - yes, she is now officially spoiled! Stella is an absolute delight. She's doing very well with her potty training and is very alert, attentive, active, smart, with a sweet personality. On Monday she went to the Vet and passed with flying colors. He was very impressed with her and said overall, you did an excellent job in taking care of her and her health. He noted that she is a very healthy and happy puppy and she's all around good natured. That sealed the deal with us! We are so grateful for you and the happiness that you can provide to others with the puppies in your care. You mention on your website that your Yorkies are bred for health, beauty and temperament and are an excellent representative of the breed. We believe that you are truly an excellent representative of the puppies you choose and provide incredible advice. We believe that you go above and beyond on your part of raising your Fur-Babies until they are adopted. Anyone that takes as much care and concern in the work they do should be extremely proud. We definitely are proud of you and have given out your website address to everyone that asks! We found your site by luck, but it turned into a blessing. If anyone is considering adopting one of your precious Yorkies, I hope they read our heart felt thanks and know that we highly recommend you and the reputation you uphold is outstanding. We could not ask for anything more - except that we lived closer and could visit you in person. We feel like we know you personally and you will always be part of our extended family. Your responses and communication were always within a very reasonable timeframe (especially with the difference in time zones). You even let us know ahead of time when you would not be available via e-mail so we would not worry. They can rest assure that you follow through and are thorough with everything. Also, we would like to extend our thanks to your family. I know they must help you too, so congratulations for doing an excellent job! Jillian, thank you again for allowing Stella to become part of our family. She's an angel in a dog's body. You are an outstanding human being for what you do with your help and guidance throughout the adoption process and for taking such good care and love you provide to your Fur-Babies awaiting their new home and family. We promise to keep in touch with Stella's progress as she grows into a wonderful little lady. She's amazing and deeply loved unconditionally by all of us! Our sincerest thanks & gratitude.
God Bless You, Hi Jillian
Update On Julie's Fur-babies!!! 11/18/2008
Hi
Jillian Continuation:
Jillian Will keep you updated! Amy
Hi Jillian Good morning, I can tell she's a little scared and I've cuddled with her and talked to her, yet I want her to rest. It was 1:00 am before we got settled into bed last night. It was a long, stressful day for her. I'm coming down with a cold and don't feel very well, so I believe Sabrina and I will take it easy today. She is very lovey and has been giving me kisses. My, oh my, she is so tiny!! She makes Lily at 5 pounds look like a brute! I read the literature you sent with her and it says diarrhea is common so I won't get too worried yet. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. Thanks so much for Sabrina...I'm in love. She will be pampered and loved and have lots of fun with us. I'm very protective of my girls. Lois Hi, Lily doesn't eat much, either. She much prefers people food, but I don't like to give her too much of that. I'm so happy with Sabrina, it's hard not to hold her constantly. Lily and Sabrina have very different personalities, but both are very sweet. Lily's nose is out of joint with this new addition to the family, but she'll adjust and they will be great buds. :-) Nap time....
Jillian,
(This
Testimonial is For Yachtsman she renamed him Riley) We introduced him to Aiko in the park (yes, we still made time to do that) and Aiko was anxious to see the fur-baby, and all went pleasantly well. She does not seem to have a problem with Riley, she did not bark at all. Riley seemed anxious to want to see her and get to know her too but I didn't want them to get too close too soon. So, two for two - Riley arrived in perfect condition and Aiko seems to accept him and all is VERY quiet in the Merritt home right now (they didn't even wake my three boys up). I cannot believe how good he is with the potty pad. We have the playpen set up so that one side is lined with the potty pad and the other side has his bed/blanket/toys. I put him in the playpen, put down some food and water and noticed that he was drinking, a lot! So I decided to run downstairs to get some more water and when I came back upstairs, he had used the bathroom right on the potty pad and was sitting in his bed.:-) WOW!!! I am beyond impressed. I am so very lucky!!!! Thank you Jillian for sending me the perfect little fur-baby. Oh, I do understand that he will have many accidents around the house as he adjusts to his new environment, but for now, I am impressed.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much - he's perfect! Jillian,
Hi Jillian,
Hi Jillian, Continuation: Hi Jillian, Just dropping you a note to let you know that Cinderella is doing just fine. My husband and I had to go out of town and decided to board her with the groomer "Shaggy to Chic" for the weekend. I wasn't worried because I knew they loved her there. When I went to pick her up on Monday, she was washed trimmed and perfect. The first thing the owner said to me was "Where did you get this dog?" I said, "In Utah, on the Internet." She then said to me, "My husband and I are in love with her!" She said, "I didn't want to leave her here at the kennel because she would have been the only one, so I took her home with me." She then proceeded to rant and rave about how well behaved, loving and perfect she was. I, in turn bragged on you and My Lovable Yorkies. I proceeded to let her know that Cinderella was bred for temperament as well as other Yorkies features. She was VERY impressed. She said to me that out of all the Yorkies she sees and has owned, Cinderella is "Top Notch!" I am so proud of her. I gave the owner of "Shaggy to Chic" a business card and told her where to locate you. Thanks again for allowing us to adopt her. We are forever grateful. Nicole Jillian, Gabby arrived safe and sound! She is too
adorable for words! When we first saw her she was shaking, but quickly settled
down once we could hold her. She's eating right now and was very eager to get a
drink of water. She is going to be the perfect addition to our famil. We have
an appointment with our vet tomorrow morning. We'll be sure to keep you posted
on her! Thanks for everything! Continuation: Hi Jillian, Thanks again,

Hi Jillian,
Well Boston (now Petey) has had his first check
up. Well he is now running around and acting like a little nut case. He is
lively and active and a normal little puppy. He had his first long ride with
us to North Caroline and did very well. He didn't mind the ride at all.
Well I just wanted to give you an update. He is
happy and having a ball! I am sending a picture of him and my other puppy.
They truly love each other. My newfie acts like he is her puppy. She is so
loving and protective with him! In the picture this is how they nap
together! They are a trip!! My newfie is such a softie. She treats him so
gently and lovingly. The puppy bites on her jowls and licks around her mouth
and my newfie lays her head down so he can climb all over her head! They are
so much fun to watch!
Anywho! Hope you have a great day! I am taking
my little boy out for a potty break so I gotta run!
Thanks again, he has brought so much love and fun
into our lives. We thank you immensely!!!
Pam and Bunky, Petey,Pandi & Binx our cat! He has
adapted well to him too. The cat just adores him!
Hi Jillian, Hey Jillian I just thought I would give you an update on Louie. He is doing just wonderfully, he is perfectly healthy. He is so playful and just loves to nibble on toes, my entire family just fell in love with him. A few days after I came and picked him up he came to California with me and had a ball. He just loves the sand and the water. He is such a sweetheart and loves to snuggle. He just doesnt like to be on his own. My other dogs werent so sure of him at first and were actually scared and they are at least 10 times his size. They are finally starting to play chase and tag. But he is just so wonderful, thank you so much for everything and I will send you some pictures soon. Thanks again Amanda Simmons Hi Jillian:
I thought you might enjoy seeing some photos of Bentley (aka Jordin). He's over
his cold & as feisty as ever! He's teething like crazy – chewing & biting
everything including me! We're working on it. I'm taking him to puppy training
classes and I actually already see a difference in him by minding me (sort of) –
not barking, letting me know when he needs to go out & then come in, etc.
Everybody loves him though & he's been so good with other dogs, large or small.
He weighs 3 ½ lbs. now. Kathleen
Hi Jillian,
Well Boston finally made it. He is doing very
well. We grabbed about an 1 1/2 hours of sleep and we are now getting ready
to go to a tradeshow in Pennsylvania. My sister, who has a yorkie, is
babysitting. She is so excited. She wants another one and thinks this will
convince her husband! LOL!
Thank you again for such a beautiful little
puppy. He is wonderful!!!!! We will love him forever!
Thanks again! He will truly have a loving, kind,
attentive home!
Pam, Phil and Boston!

(Continuation 1 Day Later)
Thank you so much Jillian. My sister absolutely adores him. She gave him a bath and he loved it! She said he rolled on his back and let the water run on his belly. She thought he was hilarious. He is sitting on my lap resting and enjoying the air. It's 90 degrees here today.
Have a great weekend. Thank you and stay in
touch!

Explanation: Cindy adopted Teddy (Cairn Terrier) for her significant other
Chester about 1 year ago, this time Chester surprised Cindy with Tay (Yorkie)~ Cindy and I picked Tay up at the airport last night - it was about 10:30 when we left O'Hare airport in Chicago and we pulled up in the garage at 1am. Tay did very well, I gave him a partial bath last night, he was not completely sure about everything. Cindy gave him a good bath this morning in the bathtub (with less than a 1/2 inch of water in it). Cindy said he did very well. Tay is a jewel - he is funny how he rolls over and wants his belly tickled. Cindy and Tay have been inseparable. Teddy stayed the night at the kennel so we could get Tay last night. Teddy is right her beside me now - he will meet his little brother Tay soon. I am sure Teddy will love Tay too. I did leave a message on your phone last night that we picked Tay up at the airport and he was all safe and sound. I'm sure we will send pictures of Tay and Teddy soon. Cindy , Chester, Teddy, Tay
Hi Jillian,
I received my "welcome box" yesterday. Wow, what
a nice thing for you to do - especially since I backed out on you. You are a
very special lady. I especially liked the handouts with all the advice,
suggestions, etc. That info. is dynamite. You are quite the professional.

CONTINUATION: (The Quinones Family) Jillian, hi Jillian!
Penelope
is too cute! so playful, its fun to watch her hop around & find her way around.
she seemed fine when i picked her up from the airport, not crying or scared. on
the drive over, she sat in her crate & was very good. she is getting to know her
new family & i hope she will be very happy. so far, so good! we've already taken
some pix of her. if you want, i can always send you a few as she grows. we're
all excited to have her here. i hope we can get them all in a family photo
soon. =] thanks again!
Hi Jillian,
Penelope is growing up wonderfully & the trio of puppies are all buddies now. I attached a couple of pictures of them playing & lazing around. She has been a great addition to the family! Such a cutie :) Lana
Hi Jillian,
How are you? I'm sorry it has
taken me so long to get back to you. Ali is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! She is so
smart, courageous, fun... I could go on and on. The sisters are warming up to
her. They weren't as welcoming as I thought they would be. Just goes to show
you never know! Ali has been sleeping with me and the sisters since the first
night. She doesn't have any accidents in bed at all. I bring her everywhere I
go. She loves to play. My niece had a bandana in her hair and gave it to Ali.
It's three times her size and she picks it up and plays with it. She's my
little nut. I had to change her name from Rae after I saw how tough she is. I
named her after Muhammad Ali : )
Do you have any business cards? I
get asked all the time where I got Ali. Since I don't remember the website, if
I had your business card I would gladly hand it out. I'm so thrilled with my
baby and how great you've been I want others to be as happy as I am. I have at
least two people that are interested. Other people I meet if it's a one time
meeting I've missed opportunities to solicit your website.
Let me know.
I will definitely keep in touch. I
have pictures and videos on my phone I would love to forward to you. Can your
phone receive them?
Bless you!
Shelly
Continuation: Hi Jillian, Ali is doing wonderful. She is so playful and loving. At
night when we're sleeping she'll occasionally come over and give me kisses. I
took her on a benefit walk. A woman was asking me about Yorkies. I wish I had
your business card that day. I did tell her your website. I'll have to send you
a more recent picture. She loves going in the car and coming in the stores with
me. She's just a rascal. We have a football game to go to on Saturday. I'm sure
she'll be a hit! Hi Jillian,
Hi Jillian.
You have a lovely home by the way, nice area too. Dave and I fell in love with Logan. And Gucci's Mom is really cute and so friendly. I didn't want to traumatize him too much. My back seats fold down so we had our pet crate positioned so the door was open right between the front seats. I put a blanket down on the console between Dave and I, and Gucci could go into the crate, or lay beside us as he wished. So he had quite a set up. As it turned out, he was very calm about going with us, seemed to love the ride and the company. He wasn't the least bit nervous, (we find him to be an extremely calm puppy), and took the ride so well that we wondered if we had a puppy in the car. If he had been a Golden Retriever it would have been a very long 9 hours. But, Gucci was great. We did take him to PetSmart before we left and bought a new harness. We had everything else. We took the scenic route from Logan to Jackson Wyoming, that was a beautiful drive. We stopped frequently, and he had dinner in Jackson. Gucci did his business, and we were back in the car. What a little gentleman.
I had the house ready for him, we
have an area penned off, puppy pads, a dog bed, toys, well-the works. He had
no problem setteling in. That night we spent quite a bit of time with him
before we headed off to bed, I put him in his crate, he whimpered for about 30
seconds and slept until my alarm went off at 6 am. Like you said, I walked
him quickly, fed him, walked him again and we went about our Easter day. I
had more company than I expected yesterday, two daughters, spouses, and 4
grandchildren. All the grandchildren had the opportunity to play with Gucci.
Although I don't believe a new puppy should have too much excitement right
away-he seemed to relish it. He played with them so nicely, and thought our
16 month old granddaughter was another puppy. He would have a toy in his
mouth, run to her as if to say "see I have something you can't have" and then
run away as though she would chase him. I think he was disappointed that she
didn't get down on all fours and follow him around the kitchen.
Well, I have to get back to the
desk job, unfortunately I can't stay home and play with him all day. But he's
well loved, will be going to the vet this week, and will have his first
grooming experience in a couple of weeks just to get the hang of it.
Thank you again Jillian, we just
love him .
I'll write again and send pictures
to let you know how he's doing. Hope you had a wonderful trip for Easter.

Hi Jillian,
Holly arrived right on time and she is absolutely gorgeous. She was
alittle scared at first but she hit her food and water right away, she was
hungry. She is in her pen and playing with her toys and running all around.
I can tell she has been spoiled, she loves to be held. Her crate was clean, I
don't know if they take them out but it appeared she never pottied in it at
all, she went immediately after she ate.
She is a doll and I know she will be a wonderful addition to our
family. She is even cuter than her pictures.
Thank you so much. She will go to vet next week but she sure seems
none the worse for wear from her long trip. I will keep you posted.
Take care,
Trudy
Hope your
Holidays are filled with love and Joy,
Happy Holidays
from our family to yours!

Hi Jillian!
Dear Jillian,
Thanks so MUCH for such a wonderful little man. It
didn't take long for us to fall madly in love with him.
His trip seemed to work well with him but he was just
a little anxious to get out of his crate. :-)
Tomorrow the day will be dedicated to him and we plan to
shower him with even more kisses and hugs.
Thank you again!
Jacquelin
I will soon send pics of Taz and his new surroundings.
Of course he is the STAR tonight.
Jacquelin K. Thanks so much! Lily is doing great! She really has the best personality for a little dog and both my kids just love her! Thanks again! Sara |
